The languages on board our A-ROSA SILVA are English and German. Documents are available in English and our international hosts are on hand to give assistance.

Methods of payment
The on-board currency is Euro. During the trip, use your cabin card as your own credit card. At the end of the journey you can pay your final account in cash, with EC card (except Douro) or with the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express. When paying by credit card or EC/Maestro card, you will need your PIN code. Please make sure that you have your personal PIN code with you. The booking of shore excursions will be billed to your cabin account.
